About project

In a few words...

Our mission is to give young people new hope, new tools and new chances to improve their personal & social conditions as well as to equip youth organizations and workers to better answer and address the needs of young people. We aim to foster knowledge, basic and transversal skills, competences and attitudes by using non-formal education methods:

  • Social entrepreneurship and sense of initiative in the social field;
  • Entrepreneurship, (self-)employability and new business creation;
  • Active citizenship and social inclusion.

All our objectives will be achieved through creation of the following outputs and blended mobility:

  • The youth entrepreneurship e-learning platform “E.Y.E LEARN.”, an open educational resource composed by different tools, including a video-library.
  • A significant study and analysis of the social and educational profile, learning style, needs and attitudes of target young people.
  • A new and innovative curriculum and training course, to be tested also through and international training to be held in Italy.

Target groups

We address the following urgent problems that need to be solved, expressed by target groups:

Young people who:

face unemployment;
are NEET;
feel marginalization and social exclusion;
might be dissatisfied and frustrated;
lack education and of key and transversal competences and skills;
face fewer educational and job opportunities;
find few stable/well paid job vacancies available;
lack counseling and support services;
lack entrepreneurship skills;
and more…

Youth workers and organizations who lack:

involvement of non-formal education (NEF) methodologies and tools in fostering entrepreneurship and new business creation;
presence of ICT methodologies and tools and of OERs in NFE and youth organizations;
updated knowledge, skills and competences of youth workers;
updated understanding of real needs, attitudes and learning style of target young people;
cooperation between youth field labor market;
international dimension of youth activities;
